WHAT  DOES TROW INSPECTION SERVICE CHARGE?

The residential  inspection fee is calculated based on size, location, age, and type of foundation (slab, basement or crawlspace).  

Commercial inspection fees are based on the size and scope of the inspection. 

Our fees are very competitive.

We know you are depending on us to provide the information you need. Experienced Inspectors that go beyond the usual Standards of Practice and address your individual needs.

Our marketing is based on  referrals. We don't troll realtor offices or offer "free" services. Your personal information will not be provided to third parties. We are beholden only to you.

If possible you should attend your inspection. Most people are amazed at how much they learn about the house. Not just what the issues are, but how the house works. This is the "guided tour" of the house and your opportunity to really get to know your investment.
